Organized by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) Hong Kong in collaboration with other major community organizations, the event served as a somber reminder of the sacrifices made by our youth for the nation's future.
Honoring the Fallen The assembly was held to pay homage to the 55 young martyrs who tragically lost their lives during the nationwide protests on September 8 and 9 in Nepal. The movement, led by the 'Gen-Z' generation, raised critical voices against corruption, demanded good governance, and opposed restrictions on social media freedom.
In a powerful display of solidarity and patriotism, the Hong Kong Nepali community came together today for a "Collective Tribute and Condolence Assembly" to honor the brave souls who lost their lives during the recent 'Gen-Z' movement in Nepal.
