First Full Committee Meeting of 2025-27 Tenure

Non-Resident Nepali Association, National Coordination Council Hong Kong (NRNA HK) successfully convened its first "Purna Samiti" (Full Committee) meeting for the 2025-27 tenure on October 26, 2025. Held at the Blue Ocean Restaurant & Bar, this significant joint meeting brought together the Executive Committee, the Advisor Committee, and the Patron Council under the chairmanship of President Mr. Anu Rai.

Key Discussions & Outcomes: The meeting served as a crucial platform for in-depth discussions on the organization's strategic direction. Key agenda items included:

• Annual Action Plan: A comprehensive roadmap for the tenure was presented and approved in principle, focusing on community welfare, cultural promotion, and institutional strengthening.

• Institutional Guidelines: Discussions on reinforcing governance and operational guidelines to ensure transparency and accountability.

• Financial Contribution: The committee solidified plans for financial contributions (levy) to support the organization's activities.

• Contemporary Issues: Vital current affairs affecting the Nepali community in Hong Kong and Nepal were addressed, with decisions made to tackle emerging challenges proactively.
